We are continuously expanding our network and can arrange transfers to virtually any European destination.
Our fleet consists exclusively of premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles: the S-Class for executive travel, the E-Class for business transfers, and the V-Class for group transportation up to 7 passengers. All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, fully insured, and equipped with amenities including Wi-Fi, refreshments, and charging facilities.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability of your preferred vehicle. However, we understand that plans can change — we accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. For large events, corporate contracts, or multi-day arrangements, we recommend booking at least one week ahead.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations between 12-24 hours incur a 50% fee, and cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup or no-shows are charged at 100%. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Yes, we monitor your flight in real-time. Our chauffeur will be waiting at the arrivals area with a name sign. We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time, so there is no stress even if your flight is delayed.
Absolutely. All our chauffeurs undergo rigorous background checks and professional training. They are multilingual, impeccably dressed, and bound by strict confidentiality agreements. With over 15 years of experience serving VIPs, celebrities, corporate executives, and diplomatic delegations, discretion and professionalism are at the core of our service.
We accept bank transfers, all major credit cards, and can arrange corporate invoicing with net payment terms. Payment details are confirmed during the booking process.
