About the fair
Green Week is a long-established fair for food, agriculture and horticulture, held in Berlin since 1926. The officially confirmed 91st edition takes place from 15–24 January 2027 at the Messe Berlin fairgrounds. The event brings together international and regional exhibitors around themes such as food, sustainable land use and horticulture. A distinctive feature is its appeal to both the public and industry professionals: industry representatives have a dedicated professional programme with seminars, panels and specialist discussions.

Hotel ↔ Fair
We plan daily journeys between hotels and Green Week for exhibitors, industry representatives and visitor groups. A shared return meeting point helps accommodate different visiting schedules.
Hourly bookings for business appointments
Professional meetings, association visits and appointments away from the venue can be combined with an hourly booking. Specify the duration and stops in the form in advance.
Groups and delegations
Group 8, Group 16 and Coach 49 are suitable for coordinated group and delegation transport. Agree passenger numbers and luggage requirements; event tickets are booked separately.
Evening events
After receptions, industry gatherings or dinner, your return journey to the hotel can be booked in advance. No special fair admission or vehicle access privileges are promised.

- The South Entrance serves halls 1–6, hall 27 and hall 7; the official website lists Messe Süd S-Bahn station for this entrance.
- The North Entrance serves hall 19; the official public transport connections listed are Theodor-Heuss-Platz and Kaiserdamm U-Bahn stations and Messe Nord S-Bahn station.
- Agree your meeting point and preferred entrance using the official site map. Vehicle access and entry are subject to the organiser's current rules; no special access privileges are promised.
- Book as early as possible: demand is high during trade fair weeks, and available vehicles may be fully booked.

How much does an airport transfer to Green Week cost?
Prices start at €169 per vehicle including 40 km, VAT, tolls, parking, night-time and public holiday surcharges, plus 60 minutes of waiting time for airport pickups. Journeys over 40 km incur an additional per-kilometre charge; calculate your exact fixed price in the booking form.
Where do I meet my chauffeur for Green Week?
The meeting point at the airport, hotel or fairgrounds is agreed before your journey. Provide your flight number, accommodation details or preferred fair entrance. Current access rules and organiser regulations take precedence.
Can groups and delegations travel together?
Yes. Group 8, Group 16 and Coach 49 are available for groups and delegations, subject to availability. Provide passenger numbers and luggage details so we can plan a suitable vehicle and coordinated departures.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. Business Sedan costs €115 per hour with a minimum booking of 3 hours. Hourly bookings are charged from the garage; 1 additional garage hour is charged for travel to and from the pickup location. The full booked period is charged.
