About the fair
ISM takes place annually at the Koelnmesse fairgrounds in Cologne-Deutz. The edition confirmed for 31 January–3 February 2027 will be held as the ISM trade fair trio. Under the umbrella brand, ISM Ingredients, ISM Manufacturing and ISM Snacks & Sweets cover the stages from ingredients and raw materials through production to finished snacks and confectionery. ISM Snacks & Sweets is a trade fair aimed particularly at manufacturers, retailers and suppliers; admission is restricted to trade visitors.

Hotel ↔ Fair
For buyers, manufacturers and exhibitors attending the ISM trade fair trio, daily hotel–fair transfers can be tailored to their professional visit schedule.
Hourly bookings for business appointments
Business appointments with retail and manufacturing partners away from Koelnmesse can be combined with an hourly chauffeur booking and agreed stops.
Groups and delegations
Group 8, Group 16 and Coach 49 are options for international buying groups and exhibitor teams. Agree passenger numbers, luggage and departure times together.
Evening events
Dinners, client meetings and the subsequent return journey to your hotel can be included in your transport schedule on request. Trade visitor tickets and fair admission remain separate services.
Plan your journey and pickup
- For arrivals by S-Bahn, Köln Messe/Deutz station serves the South Entrance; lines S6, S11, S12 and S19 stop there.
- The South Entrance is a clear meeting point for arrivals by rail: the Köln Messe/Deutz (U) stops for lines 1 and 9 are also within walking distance of the fairgrounds.
- Agree your meeting point and preferred entrance using the official site map. Vehicle access and entry are subject to the organiser's current rules; no special access privileges are promised.
- Book as early as possible: demand is high during trade fair weeks, and available vehicles may be fully booked.

How much does an airport transfer to ISM cost?
Prices start at €169 per vehicle including 40 km, VAT, tolls, parking, night-time and public holiday surcharges, plus 60 minutes of waiting time for airport pickups. Journeys over 40 km incur an additional per-kilometre charge; calculate your exact fixed price in the booking form.
Where do I meet my chauffeur for ISM?
The meeting point at the airport, hotel or fairgrounds is agreed before your journey. Provide your flight number, accommodation details or preferred fair entrance. Current access rules and organiser regulations take precedence.
Can groups and delegations travel together?
Yes. Group 8, Group 16 and Coach 49 are available for groups and delegations, subject to availability. Provide passenger numbers and luggage details so we can plan a suitable vehicle and coordinated departures.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. Business Sedan costs €115 per hour with a minimum booking of 3 hours. Hourly bookings are charged from the garage; 1 additional garage hour is charged for travel to and from the pickup location. The full booked period is charged.
Can I book a transfer to ISM via WhatsApp?
